Main Duties and Responsibilities
For Regional Head:
The role involves overall management of branch affairs, including development of consumer, liabilities, and wealth management business (Conventional & Aitemaad). You will be responsible for achieving targets and KPIs, meeting with customers for deposit generation, ensuring service delivery, and implementing innovative cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, you must ensure compliance with banking laws and maintain a Shariah-compliant environment at Islamic Banking windows.
For Relationship Manager:
You will conduct daily customer and market visits to achieve assigned deposit targets through new and existing customers. Key responsibilities include managing liability portfolios, cross-selling bank products, resolving customer queries, and ensuring tail management through activation of dormant accounts and digital apps.
