Eligibility Criteria
Education
- 16 years of education (Master’s preferred) in:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- System Engineering
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university (local or foreign).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 2 years in a senior leadership role such as:
- CIO (Chief Information Officer)
- CTO (Chief Technology Officer)
- DG IT
- Experience in the energy, utilities, infrastructure, or large-scale public/private sector is required.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership in large IT organizations.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), programming, and modern IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, business intelligence, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, and automation.
- Ability to handle legal frameworks related to IT, corporate laws, labor laws, and data protection.
- Experience in drafting and managing contracts, MoUs, and SLAs.
