- For complicated cases, you can conduct field investigations.
- You will also look into complaints from indirectly affected people.
- Any decision must follow the RAP policy and EMAP guidelines.
- If the committee cannot reach a consensus, the decision will be made by 2/3 majority vote.
- For environmental complaints, you will review the case in light of Pakistani laws and EMAP guidelines.
- You can recommend necessary measures to protect the environment.
- Important: You will not handle any case that is already in court.
- At least six members must be present for any IGRC meeting.
The GM or Project Director may also assign you any other task related to your role.
