1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content on Jobsmaal (e.g., a job description, company logo, resume, or any other material) infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA Notice to our designated agent containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work – Describe the work you claim has been infringed (e.g., “a job posting titled XYZ,” “a company logo,” or provide a URL to the original work).
- Identification of the infringing material – Provide the specific URL(s) on Jobsmaal where the material is located (e.g., https://jobsmaal.com).
- Your contact information – Full name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A good faith statement – “I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Accuracy & authorization statement – “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
- Your electronic or physical signature – Typed name counts as signature.

2. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice?
- We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable time (typically 24–48 hours).
- We will make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted the content (if we have their contact info) that the content has been removed.
- We will keep a record of the notice for legal purposes.
3. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed in Error)
If your material was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to us. Your Counter-Notice must include:
- Identification of the removed material – The URL(s) that were taken down.
- Your contact information – Name, address, phone number, email.
- A statement under penalty of perjury – “I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
- Consent to jurisdiction – “I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in my district (or the district where Jobsmaal operates), and I will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.”
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send Counter-Notices to the same emails: admin@jobsmaal.com / Manager@jobsmaal.com with subject “DMCA Counter-Notice”.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we will:
- Forward a copy to the original complainant.
- Restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action against you.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Jobsmaal will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access to the website for users who are repeat infringers. A “repeat infringer” is someone who has received two or more valid DMCA notices.
5. False Claims
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing (or that it was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be certain before submitting a notice.
