Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Degree must be from an HEC recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Technology Management.
Experience
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Preferred experience in: incubation centers, innovation hubs, ORICs (Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization), or similar environments.
- Experience in startup incubation, project management, industry linkages, and commercialization is highly desirable.
